I am not very active, sex maybe 6 times each month. But if i go more than three time in a week my testies ache. The pain will seem to shoot down my leg. I don't notice much difference in size or texture but they doo seem to be smaller than a few years ago. I seem to be getting the pain more often and size have decresaed. I am very concern and honestly a bit scared.
