id say i have the smae , but the pain is like a really intense painful throb going through my head, it started after i had an intense cough cough while beginning masturbation. any ideas on that?

I have the same problem as many people onthis thread. I'm a 15 yr old male and a little over a week ago I was jerking it and all of a sudden I had a bad pain in my upper right neck and it developed into a dull headache. I stopped masterbating for a few days and tried again last nighy but the pain is still there. I tried again today but in a different position and the pain is less severe but still presesnt. I plan on just cutting.masterbation cold turkey for a couple weeks and I'll report back when I get my answer. If that won't work I guess I'll embarrisingly tell my doctor about this and find out what the hell is wrong with me. Goodluck everyone!

hey guys I just recently got the exact same thing.  the headache is BRUTAL and lasts for a couple of hours.  Yesterday I got it while having sex with my girlfriend.  I recently, (about a month ago) started sleeping on a futon.  I'm wondering if this has something to do with it...I've been sleeping on couches/futons/more uncomfortable futons for the last month.  I don't know if this has something to do with it but I think it might.

I am getting the same pains and it happens every time i masterbate without fail. it is incredabley painful to the point where i almost cannot bare it any longer. the pain does not subside untill about 30 mins to 1 hour. i am only 15 so i am a vergin and i do not no what is causing this pain. if anyone can teell me whats happening and a way to fix it, i would be very grateful. That is a huge connection with straining your neck.

This nerve then gets inflamed when your holding your breath for intenstity.

Invest in some pillows and a memory foam topper.

I've been dealing with alot of neck pain over the years and always related it to subluxation in my spinal chord. Not until recently I started to consider it might be due to over-masturbation after reading alot of forums like this one. If I had to put a theory behind the pain, I think what might be happening is similar to carpal-tunnel syndrome (a painful condition of the hand and fingers caused by compression of a major nerve where it passes over the carpal bones through a passage at the front of the wrist, alongside the flexor tendons of the hand. It may be caused by repetitive movements over a long period, or by fluid retention, and is characterized by sensations of tingling, numbness, or burning. In conclusion, I would think the same treatment for carpal-tunnel would apply to anyone having alot of neck pain due to masturbation.  Just a theory...

I too have this happen, IT happened first awhile back and i stopped and it went away. Just happend again and glad to see im not the only one lol. #NoHomo

Ok so for goodness sakes i have had this same problem and i went to see a chiropractor and here my neck was way out of alignment. So he put it back in and back to pulling da meatstick by the end of the day with no pain. Hope this helps
