First of all, I am a 17 years old straight male; I was circumcised instantly after my birth ;It's hard for me to admit that I am not exactly virgin; for once, when I was around 10 years old, I had a sexual intercourse with my male virgin best friend, but our relationship ended when I repented to my god; religious matters aren't around my topic so I will ignore them; simply I turned into a completely straight guy, who won't have any sexual intercourse before marriage; however, I was not strong enough to face my urges; accordingly I started masturbating and watching porn during the age of 11 or around; for the first 4 years of the last 7 years, I was masturbating around 14 times a week; 3 years ago, I knew about the lubricant thing, so I decided to use it, only to discover that when I am near orgasm, before, after, and during it, my penis glans swells and that directly contacting my penis head or rubbing it around and during the duration of orgasm will cause me to feel erupting pain forcing me to stop the thrusts ruining my spasm-like pleasure; I was told that it will be solved over time, but it only got worse; I searched on-line a lot, but my condition wasn't mentioned; I kept hiding my issue until I could not hold it any more; therefore, I posted my problem here when I knew about this site.

The issue I am asking your help to solve is the erupting pain that occur if I thrust during and around orgasm; it only occur when the penis glans is rubbed during orgasm; therefore, I used to masturbate without using a lubricant; I am afraid of my issue because I believe that it will affect my sexual life with my partner in the future; I want to clarify that the pain is only involved with my penis glans, it forces me to stop thrusting, it is far above the pleasure limit, and it is not a mild pain but a harsh one.

I wish that my condition's explanation was not boring as I think that it is important to find the precise diagnosis yielding the helpful, correct solution; I respect the fact that it's not easy to precisely diagnose my issue on-line and so is finding the solution or cure.

I am sorry for my poor English, and thank you all.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that you aren't the only one with this problem. There is no medical explanation that I found. I did find one day that tanning naked, ie tanning the glans, removed the pain at orgasm for a few days. I'm not sure how or why, but it worked for me. I admit, that would be difficult to keep up but at least I may be able to help you get on the right path to solving this one.

First of all, it is impossible to be gay and then turn "totally strait". At most you're bi, and just choose to ignore homosexual feelings. Be aware that homosexuality was left out of the DSM for mental disorders only for political reasons. It IS rooted in the brain, and it often occures along side bipolar disorder or major depression. If you have either of those other disorders, supressing rather than accepting your sexuality can be very psychologicaly damaging. Just a heads up. To answer your question though, it is possible that what you are feeling is just an extreme sensitivity. The glans will become extremely sensitive during, and imediately after orgasm. Most men describe this as a plesurable sensation, but one that is so intense that they can't handle it, and have to stop. This happens to women too, so when you do get married and have sex, rememer, after she orgasms, she may need to rest for a momet, because shes also feeling what you described. The sensation you are feeling is often refered to as "orgasm torture". Google it, but beware, you'll probably get a few forums and a LOT of porn.
