I had unprotected sex 1 yr. ago and when I went to get tested they told me it would be a few days before my results came back. They never called and I never followed up. However, I have been having pain on the left side of my ovaries could this be a sign of an STD.

I suppose they would have called if they found anything......unless they lost your results :-(
Anyway, that kind of pain could be due to problems with ovaries or hormones, like in PMS or ovulation, but to make sure you better make an appointment with your gynecologist.
