Hi Has anyone else experienced painful gums due to adderall use. I HAVE!! So painful ...I can't even begin to tell u. I am looking 4 a natural stimulant to replace it...I use it for fatigue due to MS. Any suggestions or info. Would b greatly appreciated. Thanks Becca

Usually the pain in the mouth is due to dehydration. I would suggest a brand Called Biotene that makes products specifically for dry mouths. Also possibly increase your water intake and maybe throw in a Gatorade here and there to make sure you are getting enough electrolytes

Sorry to post twice, but I also know that when most people on Adderall try to concentrate they make mouth movements and that can cause a painful mouth. Try chewing gum also
