I hope someone is able to help or advise me, i will try to describe the symptoms as well as possible.
For about a year my 'Right' wrist felt painful in the top of the Metacarple where it meets the Lunate (joins my hand). The pain would be off and on. The pain would not allow me to bend my hand back (pushing a door or doing push ups) The pain got worse about a month ago almost to the point i could not grip anything and making my job impossible, i saw a doctor and had an X-ray today. The X-ray showed nothing unusual.
Yesterday and today however my 'Left' wrist is starting to feel the same.
The pain when its bad feels like maybe a lock like needing to click it or the sensation i need to 'oil' my joints funny as it sounds. It had me in tears and was hard to drive home from work. When the pain isn't there im completely fine. I hope somebody can help im 25 years old.

No, i went to my Doctor and they asked me a couple of questions and sent me for the X-ray that is all.

You may want to be checked for Carpel Tunnel. My wrist troubles are similiar to yours and I was told I have mild Carpel Tunnel by having a nerve conducter test.

Its just strange how the pain can go away and then come back, i dont have any trouble gripping either.
