in the center of palm of left hand i see throbbing pulse its not hurting not painful it start to appears if i dont take a anap after lunch it starts increase after 3 pm and decrease after 5:30 pm every day is this normal !
iam apharmacist work in the field beside computer work @ office

i wonder why this happen my diagnosis for my case is : ( the adrenalin effect is the reason behind this throbbing pulse) cos this is not happen if i take anap

Well I am not sure that this is something you should be worried about. If you see that your hand is pulsating this could be an artery.

 If it is pulsating it means it goes with every beat of your heart and this is probably what you see. Since you have been noticed this when you are on work this is probably because you are stressed or too tired and your heart beat goes faster and so does your radial artery (that's what they call it in medical term).

Anyhow, if this is not helpful than you should visit your doctor and see what is going on. Keep us posted about your condition and I hope that you will be fine.
