On 9th March 2011 morning I was having foreplay session with my sweet girlfriend. While doing she was shaking my penis vigrously and while doing so foreskin of my penis pulled back and till today(11th March 2011) it is in the same position. Yesterday night and today morning little blaad also came from my penis.
In erect position size of my penis is around 6inches. But from the last two dayz it is only around 1-2inches. I am really worried. I had applied ice packs also.

First, I am not a doctor.
Second, it sounds like you have retracted your foreskin, and that it will not return to cover the glans, if I understand this.
I'm not clear why your sweet girlfriend could have waved your penis around enough to have whiped the foreskin down, so perhaps I don't completely understand.
I'm afraid I'm going to recommend that you show your condition to an actual doctor for an examination.
