So following my first post, I have finally went to see the urologist. He had a look at my slong and confirmed straight away that circumcision is needed due to chronic inflammation that was left untreated (since it never bothered me as I felt no pain with an erection), and that it has gone pass the stage where steroid creams were needed.

Well, if this is what it comes down to then I guess for longevity of my life I would have to go down this road. I thought that circumcision would probably fix my phimosis at this stage now as well as my glans sticking to my foreskin.

The only thing that I am worried about is my penis sensitivity going away, but doc said that it shouldn't.

I am starting to think that my inflammation causing phimosis (assuming that it was the cause) is the reason why many of the times I am unable to orgasm via sexual intercourse, I can cum easy with masturbation because I am rubbing the head, but sweet things in life like getting a blowjob and even penetration it takes me like forever to cum, I am thinking that it is because of the absence of the gliding mechanism.

Do you guys think I'm right?

I think you should get a second opinion before cutting anything off.

"I am thinking that it is because of the absence of the gliding mechanism."

So cutting off the glider completely will fix that?

I don't know what was in your first post. What is the problem?
