I had penis fungal infection last month. It happened after a fever, for which doc treated me with antibiotics.
But fungal infection developed last week again. I applied canestean cream, it was clear in 2-3 days. but yesterday I had sex with my wife, infection and itching has come back today. after sex i slept off with out cleaning. is it because of not cleaning or some issue? please suggest. also suggest if I have a permanent remedy and home remedy

Usually hygene. Also, rectify your diet if you're consuming a lot of yeast (beer has a lot of yeast in it).
