penis fungus & on penis head white damage

Hi I am hirenova I am suffering with penis fungus & on penis head I had little white damage plz do let me why it is happening.  even I haven't met a single girl. First I would like to tell u one thing I have on penis head  little white damage i went to the doctor for precaution He had given some CREAMS & TABLETS I used for 20 days. After 20 days i was getting itching on my penis  head & fungus.  Once upon my friend(male) he did sleep  with me in the night he had sucked my penis meanwhile his teeth rapid with penis head.I thought  thats the reason I am getting fungus before i don't have any fungus only white damaged  plz do let me i am feeling very shy.After getting my mail give me reply to my mail.
