Let me go ahead and tell you the correct way to measure thickness which is called girth. You go around your penis, not across like I think you did. Common mistake. Cloth tape measure works great or use a piece of string to go around then lay the string on a ruler were the end of the string met back on itself. Got the idea?

The lenght is fine especially since it's only been that long since you've started puberty. It'll probably get longer and even if it didn't you are already in the normal range. The thing about the thickness I figure is one of two things. Either you didn't measure around your penis or it's because it usually gets longer before it gets fatter. Don't know if yours has started getting fatter yet. Either way it's nothing to worry about.
