Have you been keeping your foreskin pulled back so the head is drying out?

No.I did not masturbate for more than 1 week.I did streching exercises because me frenulum is short.I also did some penis excercises for erection, basically I pulled it in the shower with my index and finger and tried some "jelqing".Can it be from workout?I've been working out and sweating a lot.

Do you mean the lines on the penis head its self?
To me they just look like wrinkles probably caused where you have been squeezing the head when you have been doing the stretching exercises.
Do they in away when your penis is erect?

Your find they are natural and most guys have them if you was to look close, I know I have but when I get erect and the head swells they disappear.
Hope this helps you :-)

It looks normal to me. I see some pearly penile papules near the corona.

Cracked skin usually indicates a yeast infection.

You may try to treat it at home by:

1. Washing the area.
2. Drying the area thoroughly.
3. Applying athlete's foot cream containing clotrimazole.
