I really need help I have these pimple like bumps all over my penis and balls I've had these for over a year and I am uncircumcised. I really need some kind of answer as to what these are and how I can get rid of these. My doctor told me to put gold bond on them and take showers every day and I am on about the fourth day of using the gold bond and am not seeing any results. Sometimes I can pop them like a pimple but most of them are just there and embarassing. Also I am not sexually active meaning I've never had sex, any form. So please please can some one reply

it could be hair folecules basically the roots of hairs that will eventually come through. i had some on my scrotum when i was around your age but havent had any problems and they've all gone now.
Keep your self nice and extra clean down there, make sure you dry fully, carry on with the stuff the doc gave you and give it a bit more time. Are they painfull?
Just for your info being "sexually active" means that you are able to produce sperm, rather than weather youve had sex or not!

...let those penis pimples be and do as the doctor says. Give it a month or so, and see if it disappears. Don't squeeze it or touch it with dirty hands. See a doctor if it gets worst.

Don't worry. it is only pimples. i also have them. they get irritated if you masturbate a lot so try and lay off that for as long as you can. if you can at all that is. ;-) lol. i have also had these for about 2 years and was scared at first. but my dad gave me the talk.. and that came up. he said it took a few years but they went away. so if you have these pimple like things on your penis and balls that when you pop white stuff comes out just like a pimple on your face, you have no worry to think you have a std. it is most likely just a irritation.

thanks i have this too and i was afraid that i might have an std some how even though i haven't had any sexual contact yet. but i have had this for a long time and i am afraid that when the time comes that i do have sex witch is not going to be long because i just asked a girl and she said yes, that she will get freaked out and never talk to me again. Sounds like they're Fordyce Spots. Theres no cure as yet and the ones advertised have mixed reviews.
Just do your research and then you can explain what they are if the need arises. Loads of people have these, your not alone.

Also have had the pimple like bumps that when popped white "stuff" comes out but they dont disappear, for about 2 years now. best advice i can say is leave them alone and keep clean. haven't been to a doctor yet but getting to that point. anyone have a cure or more advice? thanks..

I am 26 years old and have had these pimples since I was 14 , I have always Been to embarrassed to speak to a doctor but I've done plenty of research, and they're not harmful they're not contagious, and they really don't do much. I best advice after my research is to keep very very clean down there , under no circumstances touch or pop them, like acne on your face that will only make it worse and make more of them appear. The only other thing I can say to try, Which I have read in numerous places Is to clean your penis with acne wash. Don't use too much of it and make sure you rinse it off completely and also lotion your penis after this because the acne wash will make it dry. Hope this helps
