Hello, folks. My son has been experiencing some perisstent infection of his urinary tract. He was previously diagnosed with obstructive uropathy, but we still haven’t done anything considering this. I would appreciate if I could hear something more from you about this. This will mean a lot to me. Thanks in advance.

Hello, there. Obstructive uropathy is a functional or structural blockage of normal urine flow. It is mostly congenital. This is an excellent terrain for urinary infections. The symptoms would be: dysuria, pyuria, ureteral pain, urinary urgency, fever, etc. I am afraid that your son will continue with these persistent infections until you solve his problem. Talk to his pediatrician about possible treatments. I hope you will succeed. Good luck with all! Bye!
