I am 30 years old, I was told I have IBD

I was placed on a high fibre diet with psyllium fiber supplement
I have been on these for a while now

before now I have been receiving treatment for ulcer and GERD not until I did an endoscopy which revealed, no ulcer, reflux or hernia

i have also done an ultra scan, ct scan even a barium meal which all revealed nothing

Its a year now since it all started,

but i still have pains on my side (abdomen), nausea, funny taste on my tongue, fatigue, heartburn once in a while and sensations sometimes

Do you exercise on a regular basis? Exercise can make a lot of the pain to go away, or to become unnoticeable.

Do you feel a lot of stress at work? Stress can aggravate any pre-existing pain. A once a week one-hour relaxation massage can do wonder to your body. Also, walking once in a while is not enough exercise to make a noticeable difference. If you hate to exercise, household chores such as gardening, doing laundry and house cleaning can be viable substitutes.
