Hi. I am a 21 years old woman and I am a little overweight. I was thinking of getting back to shape, and I was considering everything – gym, jogging, and other stuff. And than my sister told me about pilates. I heard that it does wonders for your ties and abs. And of course everything else. I have no idea what it is about. Can you direct me a little?

Pilates is great, and very effective. I lost ten kilograms with it. Pilates incorporates breathing, concentration, exercises and precision of aforementioned combining them to a full muscle control. Believe it or not, but it took Joseph Pilates a few decades to develop this technique of exercising. I highly recommend it.
