Pilates for beginners, easy topic. Joseph Pilates was an inventor of this kind of fitness. He made it by combining exercises with rehabilitation techniques. I would strongly recommend pilates for you and for all those who are in rehabilitation program. But to be certain, consider talking to your rehab doctor. If he gives you a green light, and I don't see why he shouldn't, go for it. And thank your daughter for clever thinking.
