Hello. I'm 22 years old and since I've known for myself, I've been into various sorts of physical activity. I even trained karate for 2 years. Now, I made and use my own fitness program, and I'm very satisfied with it. I want to try something else also and I've chosen pilates. So, I'm thinking fitness 2/week and pilates 1/week- is this ok?

What you are doing is called cross training. You're combining two different physical activities, and of course, you have benefits of both. You are planning 3 activities a week, which gives your body enough time between your training sessions to rest. Good planning is essential in cross training, especially if we're talking about hard and intensive training, which we can find in triathlon (swimming, running and cycling). Your plan is quite all right.
