Hi. I am a 32 years old woman and I am a bit overweight. I should be probably starting to work out, but I somehow never can take any time off. Anyway, I heard that pilates is good with this. Every person I know that do that pilates stuff looks pretty hot to me. I am thinking of trying it out myself. What do you think about pilates stretching exercises?

Those are great. I had a weight problem too, and I heard about pilates from a friend, so I thought, I'll give it a go. And it worked. Now, I look great, and not am I not overweight, but I now look like a real tease. You should give it a go. It can only help your figure, however, I would recommend some diet along with pilates. It works better that way.
