I recently began feeling a burning/pinching sensation on my left breast. It sometimes is higher on the left and other times closer to the middle. It comes and goes quickly. I sometimes rub the area and it goes away. This morning, it woke me up. My anxieties got the best of me as I began to imagine the worse. My bp was 117/78 and hb was 67. I was in the hospital earlier this year with chest pain and everything came back normal. What is wrong with me?
