Attempted to do my first ever self examination few months back when relaxed in the bath and found a garden pea size lump in my scotum. It is not on the testicle at all but on the cord attaching the testicle. Have read other articles that suggest it could be trapped fluid that has collected over time. It doesnt hurt at all but now i know its there im worrying and yes you guessed it i keep putting it off going to my Doc. Has anyone ever had anything like this that they can give me some sound advice.
