ive been on pain killers for four yrs and now preg. and still taking them whats gonna happen to my baby if i cant come off them .i only take them as perscribed

You can not come off the pain medication now safely without getting advice from a doctor. If you go into withdrawal you will MOST LIKELY lose the baby or risk serious complications. Depending on the medications you are on, you may be able to safely TAPER off of them for your pregnancy.
BUT, you also put your pregnancy at risk if the strain of being constantly in pain interferes with your ability to eat, exercise and be active during your pregnancy.
If the baby is born while your on these medications they MAY go thru withdrawal--but it will be treated and it will be short lived and they baby will not remember it..people have to take a lot of different medications when they are pregnant--not every pregnancy is concieved in a healthy mom--it doesn't mean you don't deserve a baby or that you can't be an excellant mother.
