Weight gain is something that is not easy for me to do. I am 24 years and for last 10 years, I am trying to get weight. Is there any help for me? What kind of food I should eat? What kind of exercise I should perform in order to gain some extra kilos?

As first, count how many calories you eat normally and weight you. Then, next day eat 500 calories more than normally. Next important step is weightlifting and make sure you are doing it correctly. One rule in weightlifting workout programs is to split it so that you are not overtraining. At some point, it will seem that you will stop seeing weight gain.
