I am vikesh and my height is 5foot 7 inch and my Weight is 58kg only. So i want to increase my weight fastly pleas give me advice.


You will need to expend less calories so that you will be consuming more calories than you work off. If you are trying to gain muscle, you will need to eat much more (more protein) to build that muscle tissue.  If you are gaining for the sake of just feeling healthier, just add more nutritious food to your diet.  Eat less refined sugars and more lean cuts of meat, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.  You should try to eat around 500-1000 calories more than you burn if you want to gain quickly.  If you eat foods that are denser in calories, you will not overstuff yourself that way.
