Hi, folks. My brother was diagnosed with polymyositis few years ago. In the beginning, he felt some weakness in his legs. However, this time he has dysphagia and he is hospitalized due to this new moment. I am concerned and I really don’t know what this means. Can anyone help? Thank you in advance.
