hi. i had a frenuloplasty 2 months ago and everything is ok now appart from a bit of skin where the frenulum used to cover (just a couple of centimeters long) that is now tight, hard and white and quite unpleasant to touch (it certainly prevents me from having sex at the moment). Is this just a bit of scar tissue that will heal, or will I have to get this corrected?? I've seen photos of other peoples frenuloplasty results and they dont have this tightness and generally look damn comfortable! Has anyone else had this after frenuloplasty? should I be worried? Thanks.

P.s. I can masterbate, but haven't had the guts to try retracting the foreskin when erect.

Hi I havent had the frenuloplasty procedure done but I will have it done, everything Ive read seems to point that what you are suffering is not normal post op, goe and see the doctor. Just wondering man how much did the procedure cost and how much of it did your ensurance cover?

Hi

I'm having the same problem - exactly what has been mentioned above! Now have a long white tight scar and it basically means I have the same problem as before!

I had a frenuloplasty like a year ago and it was like that at first. it goes away over time i think it was like 4 or 5 month before i was fully 100% back to normal. Just be safe with it man. Masturbating does not help it heal, also don't be an id**t and have sex right after the surgery. I started tryin to have sex about a month after and I bled. So give it time and be safe.

I have just had the frenuloplasty 6 days ago, the stitches haven't yet come out but the soreness is worse than the day after I had it done! Seeing as you've already had yours, do you think you could tell me if this is normal?!

i had a frenuloplasty in october and it scarred back down as described above, this meant that i was forced to have a repeat operation 2 weeks ago. the stitches have just dissolved and all seems to be well this time round. To those suffering from tight scar tissue i would recommend going back and having the operation redone.

did the skin there ever get back to what you wanted it to look like because the look was more of what i was going for in doing the frenuloplasty? am in about under 3 months after the surgery and like an id**t i had sex with no lube and she was dry and in a rush so pulled it back really hard when i was trying penetrate. So it blead alot it tore the skin.. So as far as healing process the to tiny lumps are readish and yeah they stick up a little bit.

I had the same thing I have been using organic coconut oil and a few drops of cinnamon leaf oil to the effected area and have seen most of this white plaque go away. There is still a very minute amount a white plaque left but I’m sure if I continue to use the oil it will go away.

When anybody has any burning sensation on your penile area, do not delay as the scarring process keeps going and the foreskin keeps getting thicker day by day. I waited my problem and my foreskin got tight and I cant pull it back more than 50%. But I went to Urologist, he gave me some antibiotics and some cream to rub on foreskin/glans area. The swelling went away and now foreskin retracts only 50% when erect. So I dont enjoy sex as much and I am forced to use oil before putting in. Use Extra Virgin Coconut oil. It is anti-inflammatory and heals almost any skin problems. I will definitely go for surgery in sometime.
