Need a frenuloplasty?

From what you wrote it sounds like you do not have a problem with your frenulum. If your foreskin is simply too tight so it won't go back over the head that would be the tip is too tight. What you need to do is insert two fingers in the tip and stretch it open. Do this in the bath or shower with warm water on it as often as you can. You should be able to notice a difference in a week. Just keep doing it until it's loose enough to peel back like you want.

You may still find that your frenulum is a problem too but your description doesn't sound like the immediate problem.

Why not get your GF to help you with the stretching? It works quicker in the shower but having her help you would be a lot more fun.

 

I read a few of your comments, you are that 69 year old man no? Thanks for the advice I never thought of trying that! But i'm also sure that my frenulum is a problem, as it looks really short and When I try to pull down the back of the foreskin the frenulum is literally on top of the head and on the top of the skin.. : Should I get an appointment with a urologist just to get it checked over? thanks - the asker

OK if you have identified the frenulum as part of the problem you need to see someone about getting it cut. If you can, I would suggest a plastic surgeon because they seem to be able to do a neater job. Whoever you do go to, make sure they know what you want and will do it. I read too many stories about guys who had it done and ended up with only partial relief. In other words it was still too short for complete comfort.

My persnal choice is to have no frenulum left at all. That's the way mine ended up after it tore by itself and it's really nice to be able to retract my foreskin all the way back with no pulling or pain. My wife liked that too.

I might suggest you should try to stretch the opening though, before you go to anyone about the frenulum. If it is too tight to pull back over the head when you go to them, they will probably want to either do a circumcision or cut it to open it. Neither of those is a good solution in my opinion.

Okay thanks well I had my workout about 3 hours ago, and had a bath afterwards, I tried that stretching thing, And I could see right down the middle when I pulled either sides, I could see the frenulum and it looked really really small, like about half a centimeter long, When I'm flaccid I can pull the skin all the way down below the tip in hot water and don't feel a thing, But when I'm hard or start to get hard, the frenulum really hurts and goes white, i left my skin over the tip while flaccid and got an erection, The pain was un-real like it was agony, but I held the skin firmly over the tip so I could look at the back by bending it round a bit, and I can definitely see I need something done with the frenulum, i'm thinking that my foreskin is fine, it just seems tight because the frenulum won't let it go any lower. I will tell my mum on monday that I need to see a urologist, and see what I can get organised. I would tell my dad, but he would just laugh at me and tell everyone -.- my mum is the caring person in my family haha. thanks for the advice though! I really don't mind the sound of circumcision anyway, because I really don't like the whole foreskin thing when flaccid, it looks so disgusting. D:
