Pregnancy test came out negative, but now im 16 days late

So i had my period last month on the 16th and it was regular. Then 2 weeks later i started spotting which had never happened to me before, so i waited for my period on the 16th and it didn't come that same day i took a pregnancy test and it came out negative, but now im 16 days late.and two days ago i took another.test and it was negative... Is there still a possibility that i might be pregnant or is this normal?? Please help!
