Your chances are unlikely of being pregnant. Pre-cum contains sperm but not the same amount as ejaculate. Stress and nerves will cause your headaches, loss of appetite, and your breast will sometimes hurt before a period. Wait for your period and try to relax. I know it is hard not to worry but the stress will sometimes cause your period to be late. If you have not started your period within a few days after it is supposed to start take a pregnancy test.
