pregnant? a woman's cry for help

However, I have been experiencing vomiting spells in my own throat, which is surprising because I NEVER vomit.  This morning was the weirdest because I only had sipped a few drinks of water on the way out the door to work and even vomited in my throat then, which was horrifying.  In the shower at times I jerk back from the stream of water because the water hurts my nipples.  I'm always overly emotional with moody shifts so I cannot add that as a supporting factor.  I am also greedy and crave a lot of things all the time so I cannot add that one in as well.  However, I have noticed that my sense of smell has been significantly sharper than usual.  This past week I actually became sick with what I perceived to be a common cold with massive headaches.  I even had severe feverish spells where I was tempted to ask a co-worker to feel my forehead.  However, it also was partially rainy last week,so I contributed all of that to the rainy weather and my fever to the cold I had.  On the other hand, for the past couple of months I have been having "heat flashes"..in quotes because I'm only 23.  Even while sleeping I wake up with terrible sweats, and I have been experiencing dull back aches in the middle of the night.  I have been contributing the back aches to my bed being too soft and I convince myself that I simply need to find a better spot in my bed in which to lay.  Except last night and this morning was totally unbearable. I literally was massaging my back in the middle of the night last night.

I feel like i'm constipated all the time, especially today, I was getting ready to drink some metamucil.  And my vagina has been smelling like a metallic smell, not pleasant for myself because I like my girl to smell the way she should.  I've had some golden discharge.  So hoping its not BV again..praying..because of that dang er doctor bill, i am using monistat, making myself believe it's some type of yeast problem.  With that being said, this morning before showering my panty liner had a bloody strip in it, and once using the toilet the monistat seeped from my body along with some pink (sorry about the graphic details but I'm terribly concerned).  Ive been having pink spotting all day.  And the MAJOR thing to mention is that my period was only TWO days this month..my period always lasts 4 or 5 days.  So when my period was two days and done I was freaking out.  I contributed it the effects of flagyl.  I also contributed my GI effects to flagyl and it's residual effects in my body (hopefully not..but that's what I convinced myself it was).  Today was kind of huge for me. 

I'm confused about my body at this point.  My two day period I just assumed since I'm getting ready to be 24 my body is changing to a different system of management as well as the dysfunctional things going on inside me.  I have taken three pregnancy tests and they all were negative.  I am terribly apprehensive about going to the ER to get a blood test (because there are no free clinics here and i have no insurance) because I dont want to receive another doctor bill that I just received from having services rendered nearly a month ago for my bacterial vaginosis. the bills weren't pretty.

I wonder if I missed anything major..but please someone clue me in on what these things could be? Why my body is acting this way? My bloated stomach means i'm just fat? lol..it goes down, but any little thing i eat it just swells and there's constant activity going on up in there. I just need some professional advice or anybody's advice or input who has experienced this or anything. Please help me.
