Pregnant or not? No symptoms, negative tests

I had sex for the first time a month and a half ago on January 25. The last time I had my period was on January 6 to the 12th, but I have always had irregular periods for the last year. It is now March and I didnt get it last month and still have not gotten it this month. We have only had sex once, which we were using protection and the condom did not break at all so its not like we werent careful. I have taken two tests now and both said negative, the first was at the end of Febuary and the second was on March 4th. Both were negative. Im not sure if this is a sympom but if it is, the only one I have had is having to pee a little more than usual. But that has stopped now, I dont have to go as much as I did a week ago. So other than that I have had no symptoms, which I think I would have them by now if I was pregnant. I dont understand how I could be if there are two negative tests and we used protection. Someone please help and tell me what you think, thank you!
