Had an D&C due to complications April 13th and took the birth control for about a wk, but stopped due to the side effects which I then had my period for three days. Had unprotected sex April 21st, May 26th & May 29th. Started having cramps and bleed on May 30th (heavy) & 31st (light). Then it stopped and bleed again for about an hour on June 3rd. On June 4th there was a bit of brown spotting when I wiped but by late afternoon it was gone. Recently, I've been extremely tired..lightheaded and my breasts feel sore and the cramps come and go. Took a pregnancy test May 28th and urine test at doc on June 4th-both negative.

Is it possible I could be seeing early signs of pregnancy or is this just me wanting it to be? My last pregnancy I "knew" I was, heart beating fast..breasts itchy..tired and the butterflies in my stomach right away. But, this is different and I'm starting to wonder if it's just my mind playing tricks...
