I didn't exercise very much during junior and senior year of college only some random working out and sports. I just started exercising more regularly again (about 3-4 months ago). I first did mostly walking my dog and jogging and then for 1 1/2 months I worked out everyday. Now I want to loss some weight so I am running everyday. I have noticed that when I am running and then I stop to a walking pace too fast I get a quick prickly skin feeling that goes away within 1-2 seconds. I am wondering what this is from. Thanks

This could be due to your muscles getting a larger influx of oxygen than when you were running, specifically if it was for a long period of time where your muscles would have been producing lactic acid, which may account for the 'prickling feeling'. Either way, this isn't anything to be concerned about.
