hi im 24 now and puberty has allways been a problem for me i have some hair but my penis has never grown and the thought of it never growing is starting to get me down is there anything i can do.

you may have been born with a low amount of testosterone so you haven't fully finished puberty you can go to the doctors and see if you can get pills for it hope this helpes
