I recently had intercourse with a women I have been doing so a lot with for the last 2 months. We are aiming for monogamy, however it is still a new relationship yet I suspect nothing.

I had shaved that night with a less than sharp razor (caused some initial irritation) we had protected sex, it got really hot and there were a lot of liquids. After we finished I laid there a bit and there was a lot of her own natural discharge as well I began to go flaccid so some of my own liquids were coming out of the condom. I was there for about 15min then proceeded to clean up with a wash cloth.

The next day a had many white headed pimples ( I'm a picker so they had to come off. I know, shame) the next couple days they got very dry and itchy. It's been 5-6 days and now they are more like raised red bumps and dryness. There are also about 3 or 4 larger flat red spots that are also irritated in the crease between my pubic area and leg. 

Everything is just on the pubic area and lightly on my leg. Mostly to the right and not extending downwards.

I was suspecting a breakout due to clogged pores etc. and me picking them all of caused the sores. I am wondering if this is it or if there are other possibilities?
