On my index finger on my right hand on both sides of the finger is puffy and it feels like a scab but it's always there. I've had it for a year or so and I dont remember doing any thing to get it but I can pick it off at the edges and no pain no blood. Anyone else had this when ever I search for it nothing comes up.
