Early Sunday morning I came down with the stomach flu and began vomitting quite violently. I've also had diarrhea associated with it. I'm not sure if its stomach flu or food poisoning to be honest.

THe problem is...I now have very uncomfortable pain when i move or cough or breath in deeply. Could I have fractured a rib or would this just be a pulled muscle? The pain started late Sunday afternoon and has gone on for more than 24 hours now.
