Hello, I read somewhere that the recommended amount of water to be taking per day is 64 ounces. After taking the first 8ouncs before breakfast, I was urinating every 10min. I usually have frequent urination and it's not deiabetes I've always being that way. Do I reduce the amount to be taken or do I have a health problem.

Ya know, i never did beleive that you had to drink that much water thru out the day. I tried and became water logged and got a sick feeling in my stomach. Also, after that much h2o, i wasn't hungry.
I say 2 or 3 bottles of water a day is sufficient (16ozs. ea.)
Water hydrates your skin and keeps things running smoothly. So drink it, but not so much.
