Basically I'm a 16 yr old boy that's has constipation twice a week I have this for 3-4 yrs now. It's uncomfortable but over the time I've just grow to live with It. Now I dnt eat well probably get what 1or 2 fruits a day not allways hydrated tad overweight don't do much exercise. Also I dnt attempt to go I will just leave it until I feel constipated now I would have thought my body would tell me when I need to go but it doesn't and then it all comes in one. Now my question is do I need to try for 10 mins every night or is it to do with my lifestyle ?

what yo uneed to try is to drink more WATER (not pop or other liquids which dehydrate you ) u should drink close to 64 ounces (2 lieters) a day. and eat more fiber as well. try to do that and see if it helps.
