If I got it right, it is all about drinking a lot of water while being on a diet or something. The amount seems to be quite big, because at first it is very hard to get used to that much. He says that superhydration aids fat loss in many ways. It is also important for the kidneys, proper function of the liver, in case of overeating which can be averted through water intake.
Anyway, here is the schedule he recommends, so that you can see for yourself.
Week 1 = drink 4 32.oz bottles of ice-cold water per day.
Week 2 = drink 4.5 32.oz bottles of ice-cold water per day.
Week 3 = drink 5.0 32.oz bottles of ice-cold water per day.
Week 4 = drink 5.5 32.oz bottles of ice-cold water per day.
Week 5 = drink 6.0 32.oz bottles of ice-cold water per day.
Week 6 = drink 6.5 32.oz bottles of ice-cold water per day.
