Hey, does anyone know if hypospadias invoves a foreskin and glans connection/adhesion, like on one or both sides of the penis? Because i have that, and was wondering if it was normal, and I should get it fixed or something? %-)

Hypospadias usually will occur with an incomplete or hooded foreskin. There will be a bunching of skin on the top and sides of the penis and no foreskin development on the bottom. Some of us choose to be circumcised, first to look closer to normal, and second if the skin gets in the way during sex. Other guys with hypospadias like the foreskin and keep it. Your circumstance will vary...
