For as long as i can remember i've had Fordyce's spots... little white dots on the backside of my shaft which runs all the way down my testicles. Untill well, today I didn't know what they are. But I was ensured some time ago by my doctor that it was normal and nothing to worry about. But me being me I would play with them or even pop them (squirting out a cheesy type substance) Now some time ago... these spots (or what i assumed to be the same type of spots) started to pop up around the base of my shaft but these ones seem a tad different. These ones don't grow on my penis but only around the base. They have also become harder to pop, and the appearance of these has changed slightly. They now resemble blackheads and the only way ive been able to remove them has been to pull the whole raised part off. They appear all in the same region however not in clusters and they are not large at all. Any pictures of HPV i've seen do not resemble these in any way. Last night I showed my girlfriend of 3 years and she got quite freaked out, which sparked me to worry quite a bit more. Before we got together I was heavily sexually active and I have read that sometimes genital warts take years to show up living dormant within the host. Not going to lie I'm freaking out here and any information would be helpful. Thanks
