Alright when i was circumcised i started to notice clusters of little bumps on my penis head. its been bothering me ever since. i check all types of bumps it could possibly be, but none of them fit the puzzle. i think its sebeccaus prominence but its flat, not pointy like that. i also have these clusters of spots on my arm, leg and belly. its like my hairs are stuck in it. when i get a cut and scabs up and heals, it turns into bumps aswell like on my penis. i need a treatment, this is completely uncomfortable
