bumps on penis and constant itchiness in my genital area

Hi, So lately i've been very itchy down in my genital area and thought nothing of it. Recently i found 4 bumps one semi-big one on the left side of my penis shaft one the top of my penis couple centimeters away from my pubes 1 on my balls by the base of my penis and right side of my penis again a few centimeters from my balls. My penis has been itchy and im getting worried since i've noticed these bumps. Also i have what appears to be a blister that was a bump on my penile head that seems to be healing. Take notice im a virgin never had sex. I did shave about 2 weeks ago and this didnt happen until after that but i only shaved my pubes below my belly button above my penis and my balls and some hairs on the shaft (i used a electric beard trimmer not a razer) I have no symptoms other than constant itchyness that goes away for a little then comes back and thats on my penis and my thighs and my lower belly under my belly button. Can someone help im kinda really nervous i hope im ok. Im also a teenager so i showed my parents and they keep saying everything is ok but i want someone else opinion.
