I have recently been diagnosed with a 5x3cm in my right lobe, but as all of you have been told, our identical symptoms must be imaginary...I cannot get over how many posts report the exact same symptoms for something that should not have any.  I have pain off and on under my ribs on both sides but mostly my left side, which is weird but nothing at all is showing up in tests except the hemangioma.  I also have the weird dizzy spells that last a few seconds, plus an extremely pinpointed itchy spot on my back right side beneath my bra line.  I have been referred to a gastroenterologist but I'm sure I will be waiting a while for an appointment.  Although I know many hemangiomas do not grow larger or cause symptoms, my doctor has no intention of even tracking it to see if it is.  At the very least it would help to put my mind at ease.
