Hi iv recently just dicivered some itchyness down there and 2 red bumps also white discharge the itchiness has gone away alot and the lump has gone smaller the dischsrge is going away a little bit please what is going on thanks

Ichiness could have been a yeast infection or even a rash. The bumps could have come with one of which i stated and discharge is normal.
