I am amit ...I have some red dots in my pennis from last 4 months and with some white discharge ...not a serious but we can say when we were rub our plam and the dirt came like that ..but the colour is white ..it's like that  and its not itchy and I am in dubai my wife came last week and  I had sex with my wife last week she is so afraid and i am too...please do reply as soon as possible...
