before I start, let me say sorry if I don't use the right words.
Well the other day my girlfriend was giving me a BJ and HJ [protected] and a while after [maybe a couple of hours] I noticed like these tiny scratches/ tears under the penis head [or upper part of the shaft] [you need to pull back the foreskin to see it]. Then a day later where I saw those scratches, I saw a little red line around the shaft [its a thin red line, maybe 1cm long]. so I was just wondering what it was?
I was guessing it might be a fiction thing or maybe my girlfriend just scratched me.. so I am not sure if I am right about that?
or is that something normal?

It's entirely possible that she stretched or scratched you slightly, depending on how rough she was with you.
If you didn't jump off the bed and cry "ouch", then i would think that it probably is just a side effect of the HJ.
You were there, you know what happened and how it was done.
It's impossible for us to judge what they are without seeing them.
I would say it's possible that you'll heal up just fine.
You might also ask your gf if she's got any such tears in her mouth or had any history of untreated STIs that you should know about.
If they two of you can't talk about this, you shouldn't be engaging in this behavior. %-)

I spoken to my girlfriend about it. and she is all clear. and she wasn't too sure what it was either. She thought it was a reaction of some kind.
but yeah I guess she was a bit rough. But it look like it's healing now.
