It isn't the raphe or the other thing . My urethra is swollen n on top of it has a red line going toward my balls . It looks like Tetenes n is on top of the penis starting from the urethra . It has to be an infection of some sort

I have the same thing and the red line is going up to the banjo string (frenulum). The ‘scar’ or ‘red line’ seems to be seen going down to the scrotum under the skin the same as there are veins seen, the skin just must be thin and thats why we can see it
